Here’s how we do it.

Step 1: Application Review

We start by understanding your system. Torque, speed, mounting orientation, motor specs, shaft dimensions—every detail matters. You can bring the old unit in, or just the specs. We’ll reverse-engineer what you need.

Step 2: Sourcing or Machining the Right Components

We pull from our deep stock of parts and partner brands like Nord, Cone Drive, and Radicon. Need a replacement that fits an older system? No problem. Our team can get you what you need or machine it.

Step 3: Assembly and Bench Testing

We don’t ship anything untested. Every gearbox is:

  • Aligned for precision
  • Sealed with correct oil or grease
  • Fully tested under simulated load

If something doesn’t meet spec, we fix it before it ever leaves our bench.

Step 4: Delivery or Install Support

We offer jobsite delivery (call to check our delivery radius and locations), plus guidance for alignment and mounting if needed.
